JORGIE Porter sparked an arms race at the Sun Military Awards – by challenging one of Britain’s bravest naval officers to a wrestling match.
The former Hollyoaks actress, 30, took on Chief Petty Officer Jason James of HMS Daring at Thursday night’s bash.
The ship’s entire 160-strong crew won the Hero Overseas: Unit award for their dedication in guarding vital shipping routes in some of the most dangerous waters in the world.

Ship’s captain Commander Philip Dennis, 47, celebrated the win by taking a turn on the dance floor with Strictly babe Ola Jordan – still holding the Millies trophy.
Elsewhere, TV hardman Ross Kemp was caught in a headlock by ex-soldier Rob Long, 31, after he received the Overcoming Adversity award.
Since being blinded by a bomb in Sangin, Afghanistan, in 2010 the former lance bombardier, has become a world champion in jiu-jitsu, winning gold at the Para World Jiu-Jitsu Championships in the UAE earlier this year.
